Do you employ your own craftsmen?
Wisebuild directly employ joiners, bricklayers, groundworkers, plumbers and electricians. Furthermore, we also employ apprentices under the CITB training programme.
What is the smallest project you would consider?
Wisebuild have a dedicated team who work solely on smaller projects ranging from £100,000 to £10,000,000 and undertake all kinds of projects including: large bespoked houses to commercial extensions and general refurbishment.
What is the largest project you would consider?
Wisebuild are currently undertaking projects up to £7.5 million and would consider undertaking projects up to £10 million dependent on programme and complexity of construction.
What is your geographical area?
Depending on the size of the project Wisebuild would consider opportunities accross the central belt down to the Borders and into Fife .
